By accessing or using Reserve Labs ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

2. Use License

Permission to use the App for personal and commercial purposes. Under this license you may not:

• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Disclaimer

The materials within the App are provided on an 'as is' basis. Reserve Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Reserve Labs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if Reserve Labs or a Reserve Labs authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing in the App could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Reserve Labs does not warrant that any of the materials in the App are accurate, complete or current. Reserve Labs may make changes to the materials contained in the App at any time without notice.

6. Links

Reserve Labs has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its App and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Reserve Labs of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

Reserve Labs may revise these Terms of Service for the App at any time without notice. By using this App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

9. SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Reserve Labs, you agree to the following terms:

• Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or from Reserve Labs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
• You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you submit an opt-out request, we will send you a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
• For additional help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@reserve-labs.io .
• You may receive up to 1 message per 24 hours for each appointment (excluding any responses to messages you send).
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• By opting in to SMS messages, you authorize Reserve Labs to use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send text messages to the cell phone number associated with your account.
• You confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or have the subscribers permission to receive messages at this number.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
